Here at our house, things have been crazy-sauce. Re-adjusting to school closures, trying to figure out online learning, earthquakes, being around each other 24/7 (we love each other, but seriously), so I’ve been trying to find a few moments to put together some things for my kids to do that help us hold on to our sanity. For me, this means planning and spreadsheeting, and having something to do. I have kids in jr. high and kids in elementary. I also coach at the jr. high (season on hold for now), so I’ve planned out a few programs I hope my athletes will use that I’ve linked to below.

As I said in an email sent to Velocity parents, I can’t see the finish line. I know it’s there, but the only thing I can do right now is to keep putting one foot in front of the other. These plans are going to help me and my kids to keep moving forward. This Corona Virus crap could be a 100m sprint, or it could be a marathon. Either way, I’m going to keep moving forward with faith.
